DEOLO TOURIST LODGE RULES & REGULATIONS

Dear Sir, Please go through the Rules & Regulations:

• Accommodation for 2 Adults and 1 Child up to 8 Years.

• Tax and Extra person (@350/-) / Cot / Mattress (@500) charge payable at the spot.

• In case of a request for cancellation of reservation or booking is received by written 15 days before the date of journey 50% of the amount will be deducted as cancellation charges. No refund will be given for the cancellation less than 15 days before the booking /Reservation Date.

• DEOLO Authority reserves the right to cancel the booking without any valid reason and in such case, the full booking amount will be refunded.

• We are not responsible for any kind of Theft, Damages or Accident cases during the stay at DEOLO Tourist Lodge.

• Company has every right to cancel any booking for any adverse circumstances.

• If due to Natural Calamity or Bandh, the visitor is unable to visit, the money will be refunded after deduction of service charge@30% of the Room Tariff Amount, at the discretion of the management, but in such case, an application for refund has to be made showing the reason which must be a valid one.

• No Pets are allowed.

• No special cancellation will allow for Covid 19 Cases.

1. Driver’s accommodation not available at Deolo Tourist Lodge

1. Room no. not mention on booking time. Room no. will allot on spot.

1. If due to any type of LOCK DOWN for Covid 19 cases, the visitor is unable to visit, the money will not be refunded only reschedule done.

1. Every guest have to submit below documents at entry of the Deolo Tourist Lodge

Final Certificate for COVID-19 Vaccination (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Govt. of India Or RTPCR negative report of Covid (Before 72 Hrs.) for 18 yrs and 18 yrs. above age Guest. RTPCR negative report (Before 72 Hrs.) from 11 yrs to below 18 yrs age Guest.

Room Type [EP]: You have to transfer only room rent. GST payable on SPOT.
