Please check the rules of reservation & cancellation policy before booking. It is mandatory to carry any of the Identity cards (Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License / Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt / Adhar Card). Both these will be examined at the time of check-in.

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking can be made 90 days in advance against Full Payment.
2. Valid permit cum Money Receipt and Original Identity Proof of all guest name appearing in the receipt have to be shown at the time of check-in.
3. Check in - After 12:00:00 Noon & Check Out - Before 10 A.M.
4. Each room having the specified number of beds is meant strictly for such number of persons. Only two children below the age of 10 years will be allowed free. Where space permits, an additional cot may be provided against charge for Non-AC Rs. 200/- and AC Rs. 300/- per person per day.
5. Visitors are responsible for loss or damage of any article, caused by them inside the eco-tourism centre. For such damage or breakage, the cost of the articles has to be paid by the visitors.
6. Carrying of firearms or any inflammable materials inside the eco-tourism centre is strictly prohibited.
7. No pets are allowed inside the centre.
8. Booking of accommodation is not-transferable. No change or date and place is permitted.
9. In case of power failure, where generator is available, it will run from 6.00 P.M. to 10.00 P.M. in the evening. The facility of Air-Conditioner or Geyser will be withdrawn temporarily in case of power failure.
10. Attendant / Staff of resort will check the articles inside the room before the visitors vacate it.
11. Visitors are requested to ensure that other visitors are not disturbed by indiscipline or nuisance inside the eco-tourism centre. If any visitor commits indiscipline or nuisance inside the eco-tourism centre, he/she may be forced to leave the place.
12. Cancellation Charges :
i) Less than 10 days 100% of the booking amount.
ii) 10 days and above but less than 20 days 60% of the booking amount.
iii) 20 days and above but less than 30 days 40% of the booking amount.
iv) 30 days and above 20% of the booking amount.
13. In case of cancellation of Booking made through online system, admissible amount will be refunded within 7 working days automatically in the account from which payment was made. If refund is not received within 7 working days, applicant may submit, an application for refund as admissible stating Name of booking person, Bank name, Branch name, Account No. and IFSC Code.. For cancellation of booking made through WBFDC booking centre also, , an application for refund as admissible stating Name of booking person, Bank name, Branch name, Account No. and IFSC Code.
14. In case of loss of Permit and Money Receipt , duplicate may be issued on payment of Service Charges of Rs 100.00. Visitors can also reprint Permit and Money Receipt from “My Booking”.
15. Each eco-tourism centre ( except Garchumuk Ecotourism Centre) has catering facility and food is available at prescribed rates on prior intimation. No visitor will be allowed to cook food inside the eco-tourism centre. Picnic within the premises is prohibited.
16. If accommodation is not provided due to unavoidable circumstances, compensation limited to book value of permit including taxes will be admissible. The reservation of accommodation may be cancelled in certain unavoidable circumstances. In such cases WBFDCL’s liability shall be restricted to refund of booking amount inclusive of taxes .
