Please check the rules of reservation & cancellation policy before booking. It is mandatory to carry any of the Identity cards (Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License / Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt / Adhar Card). Both these will be examined at the time of check-in.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WBTDCL RESERVATIONS Tax Rules Service Charge 5% (Optional) on Room Rent to be paid on spot during check-in GST-12% to be paid on spot during check-in (When Room rent between Rs. 1,000/- to Rs. 2,499/-) GST-18% to be paid on spot during check-in (When Room rent between Rs. 2,500/- to Rs. 7,499/-) No refund will be applicable for cancellation of a booking after availing the facility of pre/postpone RESERVATION RULES FOR WBTDC TOURIST LODGES During check-in time all e- reservation booking guest will have to produce an identity card (Voter Identity card / Passport / Pan Card/ Driving License/ Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt. for their employees etc.) in original as mentioned in reservation slip. The guest will also record relationship with accompanying members during check in. The booking at the chosen resort / lodge are not transferable and is valid only if one of the ID card noted above is presented during the check in. The guest should carry with him/her a print out of the e-reservation slip. Two child below 8-years of age may stay with parents without additional room tariff. Extra bed is available on additional payment, subject to availability of space in room. Reservation may be cancelled by the guest through this portal (only for online payments made by an Indian citizen). The amount of refund will be reversed to the debit/credit card/bank account after deducting the cancellation charges as per policy. Reservation may be cancelled in case of acute administrative requirement. No cancellation charge will be deducted under such scenario. WBTDC will not be liable for non-availability of amenities / services caused by irreparable technical faults or natural calamity. Extra Person Charges 20 % of the room rent payable on spot . Extra Cot Charges 30 % of the room rent payable on spot. All the lodges except Kalighat, Pathik Motel, Malda, Hollong and Jayanti Tourist Lodge have complementary breakfast. For the tourist having booking at Sajnekhali Tourist Lodge-(Boat timings) pickup time from Gadkhali is 10.30 am -11.00 am and drop from lodge to Gadkhali is 8.30 am - 9.00 am Any type of Discount applicable is to be selected during the time of booking, no further claims regarding the same will be accepted afterwords. Proper id/medical proofs to be submitted during check-in at Lodge for the discounts claimed during booking. (Senior citizen discount 60 & above for both Male and Female, No discounts applicable for Hollong Tourist Lodge). An additional charge of Rs 200/- is levied per day if room heater is provided in the rooms of Annexe building of Darjeeling TL on demand. Please do not pay any tips to the staffs of the Lodges of WBTDCL. Due to the ongoing renovation work at the lodges of WBTDCL, we deeply regret the inconvenience that you might face during your stay. Tariff for extra person in double / triple bedrooms: A. 30% of tariff for extra bed/Mattress (subject to availability) B. 20% of tariff for extra person without extra bed.Pets are not allowed in any TOURISM PROPERTY. CANCELLATION POLICY New Cancellation Policy will be applicable from 1st March,2019: Within 48 hours - no refund. 3-6 days - 50% deduction. 7-15 days - 30% deduction. 16-30 days - 20% deduction. Beyond 30 days - 10% deduction. Date of occupation and date of cancellation will not be counted during cancellation. Sunday & holidays would not be excluded for calculation of cancellation charges. For part cancellation, normal refund rules will apply. Refund admissible only upon production of the original reservation ticket. For Hollong Tourist Lodge-No refund is admissible.
